Hey there. Here's a little link to us and our company. Of course, we've done more consulting than catering at this point. Blogging here begins in earnest very soon. As soon as I'm done with a few things, I'll tell you about my new favorite bourbon.

Unlike my other blog which has links to food articles and posts about random thoughts, this will be all drinks, all the time. Sue and I have been doing some stuff that I think is quite interesting - so, I'll try and catch everybody up on our experiments with home-made bitters, solid cocktails, caviar, sorbet, the shortage of elderflower liqueur in Toronto, making your own syrups and all that jazz.
